Booking, Planning & Payments

We recommend booking Shining Frame Films 3–6 months in advance, especially for popular wedding dates. Share your event dates and city so that we can check availability.

Our standard payment schedule is 25% in advance to reserve the dates, 60% on the event days and 15% upon delivery of the final photos and videos. Please confirm the payment milestones in your written booking agreement.

Use Book Now or Contact Us to share your event dates, city, venue, functions and the photography and video coverage you need. Include your approximate budget and any album, teaser or reel requirements. We will discuss the scope and provide a personalised quotation.

Photography Style & Wedding Cinematography

Candid photography focuses on spontaneous expressions and moments as they happen. Traditional photography includes posed family portraits, group photographs and planned coverage of important ceremonies. You can discuss a combination of both for your event.

Our listed cinematic wedding film offering includes a one-minute Instagram teaser, a 3–5 minute cinematic highlight film and a full-length documentary video. Confirm the exact edits, durations and formats included in your chosen package in the written quotation.

Pre-Wedding & Destination Shoots

Our usual planning allowance is 3–4 looks for a full one-day shoot or 5–6 looks across a two-day destination shoot. The final number depends on travel between locations, changing facilities, styling and the time available. We will agree on a practical schedule with you.

Indian, NRI and international couples can enquire with Shining Frame Films. Share your preferred destination, country of residence, travel dates, WhatsApp number with country code and preferred language. We will discuss availability, the shoot plan and a written quotation before confirmation.

Inclusions depend on the agreed package. Ask for a written breakdown of photography, video, editing, team travel, accommodation, local transport, makeup and venue charges. Confirm separately whether your own flights, hotel stay, taxes and location fees are included. Website estimates are indicative.

Drone coverage must be discussed for the specific venue and shoot date. It depends on permissions, venue rules, weather and operational feasibility. Please confirm feasibility and the agreed charge before booking it as part of your package.

Deliverables, Albums & Timelines

Our usual delivery schedule is sneak-peek photographs in 5–7 days, the full high-resolution digital gallery in 3–4 weeks and the cinematic film in 4–6 weeks. Please confirm the applicable timeline and delivery milestones in your written quotation.

RAW photographs and unedited video footage are separate from edited deliverables. Ask whether they are included in your selected package and agree on any charge, file format, storage device or transfer method in the written quotation.

Share your reel requirements before the shoot, including the number of edits, approximate durations and vertical or landscape formats. Confirm the included revision scope in your quotation. For video feedback, send one consolidated list with timestamps and check all names and dates before final approval.
